Coffee at The Anchor

At The Anchor, we serve coffee and cake from 9am each day. Good coffee is part of the experience, which is why we’re proud to work with Wooden Hill Coffee, an independent, family-run roastery based in nearby Millbrook, Bedfordshire.

Wooden Hill source and roast high-quality beans in small batches, with a focus on balance, depth of flavour and consistency in every cup. Their approach is careful and considered, underpinned by ethical trading, sustainability and close relationships with the growers they work with.

As fellow local businesses, we share the same values, respect for craft, integrity in sourcing and a belief in doing things properly. It’s a partnership that allows us to offer a coffee experience that feels thoughtful and dependable, whether enjoyed after a meal or as a moment to pause and unwind.

    We’re delighted to announce that Wooden Hill Coffee will be coming soon to The Anchor, an independent, family-run roastery based in Millbrook, Bedfordshire.
